Why Does Your Organization Need a Professional Coach?
Performance coaching supports your employees through any kind of work or life challenge or transition. Supported employees are more engaged and motivated. They feel empowered to go the extra mile, be more creative and think out of the box. Supporting your employees helps them be more comfortable taking risks and do more with less.
How Does Professional Coaching Help Your Employees?
Performance coaching helps employees become more creative, self-reliant, open to change, strong leaders, and trust themselves to take more risks and manage their personal lives so they can contribute more effectively at work. Sherry works with organizations through various departments: Human Resources, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), or directly with hiring managers who want to better support their employees through change.
Performance coaching can be conducted either in-person or by phone within each department, or for the whole organization. The coach meets with the individual for 30 to 60 minutes per session to determine client needs and goals. Meetings will continue monthly for a minimum of six months to ensure sustainable results.
Resilience training is a half-day workshop that can be delivered to groups of 15-30 employees. Workshops can be broken down into three 90-minute mini-workshops as well.
Sherry also facilitates discussions on various topics if you or your organization (profit or not-for-profit) would like an unbiased person to facilitate a conversation (brainstorming, answers to questions, coming up with a vision/mission statement, etc.).
Workshops are offered based on group interest. Sherry collaborates with different coaches and/or psychologists and offers workshops on broad topics like “creativity” or “trust”. In addition, Sherry welcomes other topics that a specific group might be interested in within her realm of experience and expertise.
