Sherry Bakhtian offers one-on-one coaching sessions in person or on the phone/video call. Each session may take up to an hour offered once every two-four weeks based on client and coach availability.
Executive performance coaching is offered by phone or face to face depending on location. Sherry works with executives and high potential employees in various industries including pharmaceutical , technology, financial, and legal services.
Sherry’s specialty area is coaching women in science, technology, or engineering. As a former scientist, she is keenly aware of the need to help technical leaders become more emotionally intelligent, able to win hearts and minds and learn how to create and articulate their vision to a larger population.

Sherry works with organizations through various departments: Human Resources, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), or directly with hiring managers who want to better support their employees through change.
Coaching sessions can be conducted either in-person or by phone within each department, or for the whole organization. The coach meets with the individual for up to 60 minutes per session to determine client needs and goals. Meetings will continue monthly for a minimum of six months to ensure sustainable results.
