Sherry Bakhtian offers one-on-one coaching sessions in person or on the phone/video call. Each session may take up to an hour offered once every two-four weeks based on client and coach availability.

Executive performance coaching is offered by phone or face to face depending on location. Sherry works with executives and high potential employees in various industries including pharmaceutical , technology, financial, and legal services.

Sherry’s specialty area is coaching women in science, technology, or engineering. As a former scientist, she is keenly aware of the need to help technical leaders become more emotionally intelligent, able to win hearts and minds and learn how to create and articulate their vision to a larger population.

Organizations are more and more being asked to be agile, nimble and embrace change. Executive performance coaching supports your employees through any kind of work or life challenge or change. Supported employees are more engaged and motivated. They feel empowered to go the extra mile, be more creative and think out of the box. Supporting your employees helps them be more comfortable taking risks and do more with less.

Professional performance coaching helps employees become more creative, self-reliant, open to change, strong leaders, and trust themselves to take more risks and manage their personal lives so they can contribute more effectively at work. Sherry works with organizations through various departments: Human Resources, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), or directly with hiring managers who want to better support their employees through change.

Coaching sessions can be conducted either in-person or by phone within each department, or for the whole organization. The coach meets with the individual for up to 60 minutes per session to determine client needs and goals. Meetings will continue monthly for a minimum of six months to ensure sustainable results.
